Couples of Chicken with La Madia Puttanesca Sauce
Ingredients for 4 servings
- 8 slices of chicken breast
- 200gr of Pecorino cheese of Norcia
- 1 jar of La Madia Puttanesca Sauce 180g
Put some Pecorino cheese on the slices of chicken breast and roll them. Make 4 skewers with 2 rolled slices each. Brown the skewers in a pan with 2 tablespoons of oil and butter. Salt and simmer with white wine. Cook for 15 minutes adding water or broth if necessary. Add La Madia Puttanesca Sauce and let cook for some minutes. Serve garnishing with olives and pistachio nuts.
